The Rowell Foster Children's Positive Plan (RFCPP) is a non-profit organization founded in 1990 by Victoria Rowell. For over a decade RFCPP has provided the means for foster children to fulfill their limitless potential through involvement in fine arts, sports, financial literacy, and employment and educational opportunities.

Please note that although RFCPP welcomes inquiries, we unfortunately are not able to respond to every inquiry at this time due to the high volume of calls and e-mails received on a daily basis. We will try to respond to all inquiries in a timely manner as appropriate. Additionally, please note that RFCPP is not staffed to provide counseling or other direct social service needs. We are also not accepting new children into the progam at this time.

Please also note that due to Ms. Rowell's national book tour and film schedule, that she is not able to personally address or respond to any inquiries or request for assistance. All requests will be reviewed and addressed as deemed appropriate by RFCPP executive staff.


 





Studies have shown that children who are exposed to the classical arts and team sports at an early age acquire life skills that will be instrumental in their personal growth and development. RFCPP offers several enrichment programs that provide invaluable structure, support, and encouragement for its foster youth.
